I bring relevant multi-disciplinary talent to every part of organizations. I am many things individually — and also at once. The roles I have taken in organizations have transcended strategies, departments, products, and services. At the center of all of them are people, and each of my talents is an investment in them.

DESIGN THINKER

In addition to leveraging best-in-class design thinking practices with teams, I've pioneered and created new processes, mechanisms, techniques, templates, artifacts, and activities resulting in bespoke programs, educational initiatives, organizational enablement and design thinking adoption. The Design Thinking mindset, when leveraged strategically by organizations, is capable of transforming how we solve problems with our clients, how we transform as a culture, and how we go to market with progressively enhanced user experiences. I've applied (and adapted) these practices to deliver results in remote, hybrid or in-person engagements through 1:1 work, team work, and cross-functional workshops. 

UX STRATEGIST

I inspire and align diverse professionals in collaboration towards practical, user-centered experiences. This includes looking for moments of delight that go beyond what's expected, working alongside sponsor users and leveraging UX research, developing prototypes, observing user behaviors, and working with product owners to distill resulting efforts into pragmatic, measurable deliverables that will impact users in the real world.

EXECUTIVE COACH

I am a catalyst for individuals, groups and teams looking to accelerate personal achievement and success, whether clients are individuals looking for more freedom and happiness... or a team looking to develop leadership. I leverage empathy to focus clients on internal self-exploration (thoughts & feelings) and external (behaviors & actions) activity. This leads to increase self-awareness, empathy for others, and more purposeful and intentional strategies resulting in efficiency, fulfillment and impact.

LEADER

Whether I'm leading teams, individuals or leading myself, leadership is a choice I make to empower people to be their best. By providing peers a safe space to perform and experiment, I give them the chance to see what is possible, what will succeed and what will fail. And then we learn, iterate and grow, recognizing that growth occurs outside the comfort zone - a space that does not naturally draw us in. I recognize that everyone has the capacity to be significantly more than they think they are. Collaborating on that road has the power to release untapped potential in everyone to do more than they can imagine.

CREATOR

I am a traditional graphic designer that has designed packaging for global cosmetic brands and also designed wireframes and interface elements for websites and mobile applications. I've evolved and developed holistic brand campaigns, identity stewardship, visual standards and guidelines in projects ranging from printed works to digital works, web site design, and mobile experience design. My role as a creator and designer is to expose what's possible yet reduce to what's necessary; to generate emotions that support the experiences that people strive to feel.

FACILITATOR

The impact of collaboration in problem-solving or corporate innovation is evident in facilitated group work. In a collaborative and inclusive environment, the talent, expertise, and characteristics of individuals multiply successful outcomes and reduce time-to-value. Successful facilitation, whether in multi-day workshops, seminars, or group work sessions, must be thoughtfully designed and prepared to provide an unforgettable and engaging experience to participants. My unique approach to facilitation often results in NPS scores above 60 in engagements I've led.
